Christmas office closure and dispatch schedule
Thank you to all our wonderful customers who have supported us this year, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Our office is closed from 12 noon Thursday 21st December until Tuesday 2nd January.
Telephone lines are closed throughout this period and emails will be answered from Tuesday 2nd January.
All orders placed by our recommended last order times have now been dispatched.

We are extending our returns period for Christmas orders to allow customers to return gifts up to Monday 8th January 2018.

If you would like to speak to us you can also call 0845 474 1747 between 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not have a facility to take telephone orders or payments at present. Calls from a UK landline cost 5p per minute plus your phone company's access charge. We recommend that international customers contact us via email.
