HOW DO I ORDER?

Decorator's Notebook is an online only shop. We've designed our website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible - simply add items to your basket using the button on the product page, adjust the quantities and checkout using our secure payment gateway.

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Not at the moment - ordering online keeps your payment information completely secure and means your order is passed to our warehouse within seconds. We don't have a means to take payments over the phone but you can call with questions. Please see our contact page.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

Not yet... but maybe one day!

WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT?

We debit your card at the checkout. At this point your order is placed, the goods are allocated to you and we get to work packing your parcel right away.

I WANT TO BUY SOMETHING THAT'S OUT OF STOCK

We prefer to sell items that are made on a small scale by real people, rather than mass produced by robots. Consequently, we can't always restock immediately when something sells out - we know hope you understand.

We don't take pre-orders - if an item is showing as 'out of stock' please leave your email address in the box on the product page and you will receive an email when it's back. Then you can place your order in the usual way.

SOMETHING'S NOT WORKING ON THE WEBSITE

We're really sorry about that... please contact us to let us know what's wrong and we'll do everything we can to get you up and running again.

MY PARCEL HASN'T ARRIVED... WHAT DO I DO?

All parcels should arrive within three working days of dispatch.

If your parcel was sent by courier please check your email (including your junk folder) for your tracking information and delivery date. If the parcel is still in transit please contact the courier company directly with any questions as they have access to live tracking information. If the stated delivery date has passed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number and we'll find out where your parcel is.

Royal Mail is used for smaller, lighter items and in this case you won't be provided with tracking information. If your parcel still hasn't arrived three days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number.

Please note that all parcels require a signature on delivery.
